The vision of our youth development programme is to develop our young players to be successful on and off the pitch. Many have been with us since the age of eight, while others are recruited externally throughout the academy pathway. Of course, our objective is to produce players for the Chelsea men's first team but we also strive to achieve silverware success throughout the age groups and pride ourselves on a strong record of producing professional footballers who enjoy careers at various levels of the game.
