Poole Town Ladies have two senior teams. The First Team play in the Women's Premier League South West Division One and the Second Team compete in the Dorset Women's League.

There are also junior teams providing excellent pathways into the senior ladies’ teams. There is an opportunity to try out girl’s football at the Girls Wild Cats training sessions for girls aged 5 – 11 years old.

From there we provide girl’s football for the U14 and U16 age groups.
