Kids Initiative Coaching Sessions
New girls session starts with a resounding success!
Our brand new girls sessions are enjoying a great turnout and plenty of smiles!
We are looking for girls who are currently in school years 3 and 4 to join in with a view to starting a brand new team in time for the next season (or potentially more teams should numbers allow)
The girls soccer coaching sessions will continue until the end of the 2021/22 season, places are available now so if you wish for your child to attend or would like more information please use the form below.
The sessions are run by Andy White a Level Two qualified coach who has been with Poole Town Wessex for six years and Becca Witherington who is not only a Level Two qualified coach but is also a current player (and has been for 11 years) for the Ladies Team playing at centre back and central midfield, so plenty of help and experience on hand for the girls!

Mini Kicker and Junior training for Reception to Year 4
Poole Town FC’s Kids Initiative in conjunction with its junior’s club, Poole Town Wessex and coaching partners, Champion Sports, are continuing to run hour long training sessions through the Autumn resuming on Monday 13th September through to October 18th.
The Mini Kicker sessions are an introduction to football focusing on children learning basic skills of co-ordination and ball control whilst having fun and exercise through various games, all the while gaining confidence.
The Juniors section is for the slightly older children, of all abilities, focusing on developing ball skills, teamwork and tactics. Sessions will typically include dribbling practice, passing, penalties and mini games.
- When: Monday 13th September - October 18th
- Time: Monday afternoons 5pm-6pm
- Age: Suitable for Reception to Year 4
- Location: Ashdown Leisure Centre, Canford Heath, Poole BH17 8WG
Sessions are free to participate in but players must be registered in advance.
IMPORTANT
- SHIN PADS ARE MANDATORY
- NO FOOTBALL BOOTS, Astro trainers and trainers only

Girls Futsal Sessions - Autumn 2021
All Girls Indoor Futsal Sessions run by Champion Skills Schools will be taking place during the Autumn term time 2021. The first session is FREE and then £24.95 per month.

Birthday Parties
Are you looking for a venue to host a children’s birthday party?
Why not choose our Lunch & Match package which is great value & great fun.
This is what’s included:
- Match day tickets (including some for adults –see below)
